Break Your Shell & Walk Free

Let Me Be Your Guide

When Will I Be Good Enough?

Spent waking up every day dreading the worst? Or possibly planning your schedule to not fall into loopholes and to watch what you speak so you will not trigger your parent’s emotions?
Have you often felt that desire of wanting to be loved or spoken to with respect? You’ve tried so hard to please them, yet it was never enough.
You may not realize that you are stuck with narcissistic parents. It took me 30 years to come across this term. Half of my life was spent confused and wondering why I couldn’t have an ordinary childhood like my friends? What more must I do to make my parents happy? Until you realize your situation, it can dread to make sense of your life.
You’ve always been a child with low self-esteem, feeling unloved and dread talking to people. Or, like me, you retaliate and struggle to cross all odds to gain some recognition. Either way, you will end up emotionally drained. The effect of childhood narcissistic abuse is devastating. It destroys your world at a very young age and leaves you permanently disturbed.
If you are reading this, chances are you are looking for help. It may be easy to break free from your parents’ clutches if you choose to do so. However, the mental torture and life experiences you’ve been put through could cause a so-called brain-damaging effect. Inability to love, trust, being a people pleaser, losing self-respect and feeling of unworthiness, and finally, the fear of not being loved in a relationship. It all comes in a package and keeps your mind confused.
